Thesis work / Sketches

Above is my senior thesis work from the first semester, all tacked up and ready for critique. Rachel Salomon and Joe Hart gave me some really good, useful feedback. I'm looking forward to new things next semester.

Below - a couple sketchbook pages, from the light rail en route to the airport, and my brother playing piano. Been drawing plenty this break - though my scanning situation is a bit tricky. Might have to deal with bad iphone photos until the middle of January.

For Ted McGraths sketchbook class - we were assigned to make a film poster using elements and ideas from our sketchbook. This image is based on the first vignette from one of my favorite movies, Kurosawa's Dreams.
